Position Overview
The Senior People Partner, Operations and Talent is a crucial member of the People team and the primary owner of day-to-day People Operations and Recruiting. This role directly supports around fifty (50) US-based Duders and plays a key role in People team operations for roughly two hundred (200) Duders worldwide. It leads execution across the employee lifecycle, manages core People programs, and strengthens the workplace experience. The work requires a high level of autonomy, clear judgment, and the ability to identify and implement better ways of working. This role operates as a power user of our fully configured People systems, Rippling HRIS. We operate as a lean People team, which gives this role meaningful ownership, broad visibility, and the opportunity to shape how work gets done.

The person in this role thrives with ownership, applies a breadth of solid HR experience to a variety of situations, enjoys optimizing systems, stays open to iterating as needs shift, and uses data to improve outcomes and decision quality. The scope of this role may evolve as we learn more about the individual’s strengths and as the work becomes clearer over time.

What you'll do

People Operations and Process Leadership

  • Own end-to-end execution of core People processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as a power user of our configured People systems (Rippling HRIS), keeping workflows current while partnering with Duda's HRIS consultant as needed for technical updates.
  • Maintain accurate data, documentation, compliance records, and employment verifications.
  • Run performance review cycles with reliable timelines, communication, and system readiness.
  • Use HR analytics to identify trends and provide insights that strengthen engagement, retention, and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead engagement survey coordination and deliver analysis that supports meaningful action.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, People team leadership, and Regional People Partners on audits, policy updates, and process improvements.
  • Strengthen operational cohesion across regions.

Talent Attraction

  • Lead full cycle Recruiting via Greenhouse ATS for assigned roles as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
  • Guide managers on capability-based hiring.
  • Manage the candidate experience with efficiency, transparency, and a strong focus on equity.
  • Identify and implement improvements that enhance sourcing quality, hiring speed, and selection consistency.

Workplace Experience

  • Oversee the Louisville Workplace Experience Coordinator to support productivity, connection, and an engaging onsite environment.
  • Own vendor relationships, onsite operations decisions, equipment needs, and workspace planning and logistics in partnership with the Head of People US.
  • Lead planning and coordination of internal employee events, with the Workplace Experience Coordinator supporting execution.

Benefits and Program Administration

  • Partner with the Head of People US on benefits renewals, broker relationships, and program enhancements.
  • Run US open enrollment activities and collaborate on 401(k) administration.
  • Support global mobility needs with outside counsel including immigration coordination, work authorization steps, and smooth cross region transitions.
  • Support end-to-end contract management for contractors.
  • Provide onboarding leadership that creates a consistent and welcoming experience.

Compensation Support

  • Collaborate with People team leadership on compensation programs and merit cycles.
  • Apply external market data and internal compensation insights to support fair and consistent pay decisions.
  • Support quarterly MBO administration with organized and accurate execution.
  • Partner on career leveling and ladder alignment to ensure clarity and consistency across roles.
  • Assess internal equity and provide data driven insights that guide competitive and consistent compensation decisions.

Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in HR or People Operations with strong ownership of operational and programmatic work.
  • Recruiting experience required, including dynamic full-cycle ownership of the process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience using external compensation benchmarking tools and assessing data.
  • Experience strongly preferred with Rippling HRIS, Greenhouse ATS, LinkedIn Talent, Google Workspace

  • Strong understanding of payroll, benefits, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience applying career leveling frameworks, evaluating ladder alignment, and assessing internal equity to support fair and consistent compensation outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base annual salary range is between $130,000 and $145,000.
  • This role is also eligible for stock option grants in our privately held company, based on performance and company policy.
  • Duda provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance and flexible/unlimited PTO.
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
