Position Overview

As an Associate Business Development Representative, Mid-Market, you will help fuel Duda’s growth by identifying and engaging potential customers across North America. This role is designed for someone early in their career who is excited to learn, curious about technology, and interested in building strong outbound sales fundamentals.

You will focus on researching accounts, reaching out to prospects, and starting meaningful conversations. With support from experienced teammates and leaders, you will learn how to understand customer needs, qualify opportunities, and partner closely with Account Executives.

This role is a great fit if you are curious, enjoy reaching out to people across different channels, and like learning by doing, testing, and improving with feedback.

What You’ll Do
  • Research potential customers to understand who they are and how they might use Duda.
  • Reach out to prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn with thoughtful, personalized messaging.
  • Start conversations that uncover needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Learn how to qualify opportunities based on fit, interest, and timing.
  • Schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain consistent outbound activity while learning how to balance volume with quality.
  • Use sales tools and CRM systems to track outreach and stay organized.
  • Partner with BDR team members, Account Executives, and other Duders to learn territory strategy and improve handoffs.
  • Participate in team initiatives such as campaigns, events, or creative outbound programs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 0–1 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or similar role.
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn how products and customers work.
  • Comfort picking up new tools and systems.
  • Clear communicator who listens well and is open to feedback.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage a high level of activity.
  • Collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a team.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, or similar platforms is helpful but not required.

How Success Is Measured and How You’ll be Supported
  • Structured onboarding and enablement to help you learn Duda’s product and customers.
  • Coaching and feedback from managers and experienced peers.
  • Clear expectations and measurable goals.
  • Exposure to mid-market and enterprise sales motions.
  • Opportunities for growth as you develop your skills and judgment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary range: $58,650 – $72,450
  • Variable compensation: $25,136 – $31,050
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $83,786 – $103,500
  • 70/30 base-to-variable compensation mix
  • Eligibility for stock option grants in our privately held company, based on role and performance
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible / unlimited PTO
  • Hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration three days per week

Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.

What You Will Love About Working For Duda

  • Duda combines the stability of a proven platform with a fast-moving, innovative culture.
  • Competitive compensation, ongoing recognition, and an opportunity to develop new skills.
  • Unlimited/Flexible PTO, healthcare benefits, and 401(k) are offered to all US-based full-time employees.
  • The Louisville, CO location also enjoys a hybrid work environment, dog-friendly office, and in-office catered lunches.

Work Location

Duda creates the kind of in-person connection, collaboration, and creativity that strengthen teams, while also supporting the focus and flexibility that remote work provides. This is why we use a hybrid schedule in our Louisville CO office. It signals how we bring people together while giving space for meaningful individual work, which often matters to applicants looking for both community and autonomy.
