Dialpad is the AI platform for customer experience, built to resolve customer problems in real time across voice and digital. Our AI agents learn from your best human agents and improve with every interaction, helping organizations understand their customers, deliver better experiences, increase operational efficiencies, and build a lasting competitive advantage.

Unlike legacy systems built to route and answer, or standalone agentic bot vendors built to deflect, Dialpad was built to resolve. Our AI agents and human agents operate on a single platform with shared context, allowing Agentic AI to resolve issues, advance deals, and eliminate busywork through automation while seamlessly handing conversations to humans when needed, with full context preserved.

Market-leading brands, including Randstad, Motorola Solutions, Netflix, the San Diego Padres, the Colorado Rockies Baseball Club, and Cal Athletics, trust Dialpad. Dialpad is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, GV, ICONIQ Capital, and T-Mobile.

The role ensures partner marketing investments and initiatives align with shared business priorities while continuously improving processes, measurement, and operating practices to scale impact.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing (Head of Partner Marketing).

What you’ll do

  • Lead annual and quarterly partner marketing plans for Google Cloud globally and T-Mobile for Business nationally, aligning co-marketing programs to revenue targets, partner priorities, product strategy, and regional opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partner marketing programs and repeatable go-to-market plays, including Workspace-led displacement, enterprise voice, contact center, Google Cloud Marketplace, and other joint solution motions that drive partner engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Build scalable co-marketing frameworks and best practices that strengthen partner activation, improve efficiency, and extend to additional ISV and Strategic Alliance partners as the business evolves.
  • Develop integrated, account-based go-to-market campaigns with strategic partners and Dialpad Channel Sales, aligning on target accounts, strategy, messaging, roles, and execution across content, webinars, email, social, landing pages, customer proof, and other channels.
  • Create scalable campaign assets and partner enablement resources, including joint value propositions, discovery guides, objection-handling content, and other seller-facing materials, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead high-touch executive and customer programs, including executive dinners, roundtables, workshops, and regional experiences, from audience strategy through execution, and marketing ROI reporting.
  • Develop customer advocacy programs featuring joint customer stories, strategic partner wins, and executive testimonials that strengthen credibility and support joint go-to-market efforts.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets and quarterly investment plans, including MDF strategy, allocation, and optimization, to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline, partner engagement, campaign performance, and overall program impact.
  • Oversee partner-facing content and campaign development to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with Dialpad's brand, product positioning, and joint partner messaging.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner marketing processes, tools, systems, and workflows, while sharing insights and best practices to strengthen scalability, efficiency, and partner-led growth.

Skills you’ll bring

  • 5–8+ years of partner marketing experience within a technology, channel, alliance, or similar partner ecosystem.
  • Direct Google Cloud partner marketing experience is required, with a strong preference for experience across Google Workspace, Gemini, Google Cloud Marketplace, or other Google Cloud solutions.
  • Experience in marketing with T-Mobile, telecommunications carriers, resellers, or comparable strategic partners is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience developing partner pipeline growth strategies and executing integrated demand generation programs across channels, including partner seller activation, compliant seller incentives, executive and customer events, webinars, sponsorships, digital campaigns, and other tactics that engage partner sellers, account teams, and channel organizations.
  • Experience developing, managing, and optimizing MDF or partner marketing investments to maximize business impact and return on investment.
  • Ability to translate technical, cloud, AI, marketplace, and platform capabilities into clear customer and seller value propositions, including identifying relevant use cases, personas, industries, and joint solution opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with experience defining KPIs, measuring partner program performance, interpreting results, and using data to optimize programs.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms, including campaign tracking, attribution, reporting, and performance measurement.
  • Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex, high-priority partner initiatives simultaneously.
