JOB SUMMARY: Serve as subject matter expert for OAuth 2.0 and be responsible for new authentication integrations, supporting and investigating production defects related to authentication. Responsible for building level of effort for incoming work. Develop, modify, enhance, and implement software systems and applications designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Develop and enforce architectural guidelines and coding practices. Build and execute career path plans for engineering employees. Investigate and triage customer facing defects, using data, customer verbatims, and email descriptions to derive a root cause. Investigate new technologies and present worthwhile technological innovations to the team. Interview and hire new engineering candidates. Assist the business with documentation and presentations for new business initiatives. Document and assess engineering team performance. Utilize Angular as a development framework. EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 6 years of experience in the following: utilizing Angular as a development framework; and implementing, designing, and programming using Type Script. 3 years of experience in the following: utilizing OAuth 2.0 for authorizing and authentication; and performing data driven decision making to investigate and triage defects.
