Overview
The Sr. MFH Technology Innovation Project Manager is a mission-critical role designed to bridge the gap between our Multi-Family Operations and Technology functions. Serving as a hybrid Technical Project Manager, Data Analyst, and Operations Administrator, this role ensures the successful delivery of our technical roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end JIRA lifecycle, including ticket scoping, drafting, submission, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for all department operational tech initiatives.
- Supports the identification, cause, and resolution of various bugs as they arise
- Provide direct oversight and execution of data loads, scrubs, and one-off reporting to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive initial SOPs, process maps, and training materials to ensure scalable and consistent workflows across the department.
- Identify and support implementing automation opportunities such as CRM integrations to workflow management, ERP Integrations, and AI integrations.
- Act as the primary liaison and subject matter expert between cross-functional teams (such as Business Operations, Incentives, Project Management, Construction Management, Site Survey, Sales, Development, Design, and Interconnection/Permitting) and technology teams to manage day-to-day technical execution and release communications.
- Support new product launches and technical initiatives to ensure full operational adoption of the new tools through clear documentation and support.
- Create scripts and write formulas to create automations, process improvements, and for reporting of analytics.
- Manage and enhance project pipeline reporting, providing a clear picture of the current status and a forecast of potential future issues.
- Supports troubleshooting for all cross-functional teams, tools, etc., including access issues, complex reporting, and more.
- Proactive identification and management of various issues that may lead to technical issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or specialized training/ project management certifications; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of operations, business systems, or a related technical-operational role.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Salesforce, JIRA, Reporting, and process mapping tools like LucidChart.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency of with Excel/Google Sheet formulas and functions
- Knowledge of Commercial Solar Installation or similar processes is a benefit
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, accuracy and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to think outside the box, leveraging creative thinking, and advanced creative problem solving skills
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into data and IT requirements
- Able to present complex technical information in an easy-to-understand and actionable format for the business.
- Ability to define and organize tasks, conduct prioritization, and deliver in a timely fashion
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong desire to understand the operation of the business and root cause for outcomes
- Collaborative, working with colleagues from across the organization to drive outcomes and share knowledge
- Show a proven track record of managing technical projects from inception through final rollout with a focus on user acceptance testing.
- Helpful but not required: Experience with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and similar platforms/coding languages

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
