MedeAnalytics is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and tactics for MedeAnalytics. This includes but is not limited to, content creation and management, messaging development, sales enablement, campaigns, and lead generation programs driving market awareness, solution differentiation and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have domain expertise and experience in the healthcare industry and have demonstrated experience in successful completion of B2B marketing initiatives that drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing, this person will execute our marketing programs and content creation to drive measurable results that contribute to the growth of the company. The Senior Manager of Strategic Marketing will work in collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, Tactical Marketing Operations, Creative/Design, Sales and Sales Operations for best practices and optimized workflow for lead transfer and pipeline reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to meet strategic imperatives and achieve business objectives
  • Manage the content strategy of the company, serve as a primary content author, and create and maintain a consistent voice for the company
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the US healthcare market (Payer and Provider experience preferred) and gather competitive intel for internal understanding
  • Serve as a ‘trusted marketing partner’ to sales and product
  • Help develop the MedeAnalytics brand within existing and new channels/market segments
  • Work with marketing operations and creative/design to execute effective customer and industry events and marketing campaigns that are on-brand via appropriate channels
  • Develop and align a sales enablement strategy providing content and tools for effective lead generation activities
  • Produce high value reference stories to support key sales, marketing and launch initiatives
  • Provide design and creative expertise in support of marketing activities

Essential Education, Experience and Interests:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required; Masters preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing in healthcare IT
  • Ability to work independently with a practical, "roll-up your sleeves" style to get work done and meet the high paced demands of a high growth-oriented business
  • Demonstrated expertise in executing high impact marketing content, programs and campaigns using all relevant channels and media
  • Creative thinker with the ability to take both strategic and tactical direction
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with and collaborating cross-functionally with a team player mentality
  • Digital Marketing / Marketing automation platform experience required; Experience using Salesforce, Pardot, SalesLoft, a plus.
  • Graphic design and video editing capabilities highly preferred

Additional Information:

MedeAnalytics believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 USD. While this position is not bonus-eligible, it is part of our comprehensive total rewards program, which includes competitive benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Please note that actual compensation for all roles may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, relevant work experience, professional achievements/qualifications, skill level, business need, location and will be finalized at the time of offer.
