We are searching for the best talent for a Sr. Manager, Global Strategic Marketing.
You will be responsible for:
Leading global product and evidence launch excellence, including creation / definition of market landscape and competitive, segments and targets positioning, value proposition, messaging, core creative concept and market access/reimbursement strategy
Develop long-term brand and product strategies to drive increased adoption, share growth and expansion of product line.
Build strong alignment with partners and staff to deliver strategy and business plans for assigned products and procedures or platforms
Work across major franchises to ensure alignment on goals, objectives and strategies for assigned procedures
Development of learning plan designed to field marketing research and analysis, including (VOC) voice of the customer to build and strengthen brand equity
Drives execution of the evidence generation strategy to ensure claims and evidence development to drive growth for established products
Implement above programs as appropriate in partnership with regional/cluster/local marketing teams, as well as cross-functional partners (e.g. Engineering, Sales, Quality, Medical Office, Healthcare Economics / Market Access, Corporate Communications, etc.)
Qualifications/Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of eight (8) years of progressive business experience is required.
A minimum of five (5) years relevant marketing experience is required.
Prior brand management experience is required.
Prior product launch experience is required
Familiarity with Medical Device Products is required
Familiarity with Impella and Heart Recovery devices and related Cardiology procedures is preferred
Prior international experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
This position may require up to 30% travel.
- The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
