OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Set the direction and oversee the organizational Teammate Resource Group strategy (both field and corporate) for eight groups, ensuring alignment, integration, and effectiveness of TRG action plans, budgets and programming with business and DE&I goals and priorities. Develop and maintain high governance standards by directly connecting with TRG leadership teams, facilitating sessions, providing effective support, guidance, and thought partnership regarding regular membership connections and targeted activations. Also, being in-tune with external factors that could impact a TRG identity group.

Develop and support strategies to evolve and expand visibility, reach, participation and actual number of teammate-centered inclusivity groups and programming across all functions. Ensure organizational involvement and participation in activations and celebrations. Define and implement effective KPIs to monitor and communicate performance, progress and impact of all programming.

Design, own, and execute comprehensive inclusive leader experiences and long-term programs, including the DE&I Game On Program and annual Women’s Conference Event. Spearhead and project manage all aspects for all experiences, including teammate recruitment, event promotion, curriculum development, guest speaker identification (internal and external), executive leadership involvement, and regular business updates.

Influence and drive numerous community-impacting strategic initiatives at the enterprise level, providing end-to-end project management of key deliverables; ensuring cross-functional alignment, buy-in and that clear deadlines are met to ensure successful execution.

Manage a team of two; providing leadership and direction of Courtside Team strategy and intentional calendar activations and celebrations

Actively stay abreast on industry insights, DE&I-related issues, and policies. Leverage knowledge of current and emerging best practices regarding diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement; recommending appropriate changes to programs, policies and practices at the organizational level.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-7 years total experience

  • 2+ years of project management experience

  • Relevant experience managing Inclusion & Diversity initiatives

  • Experience leading a highly collaborative cross-team group within a large organization

  • Ability to influence change through education, action, and policy that enriches and supports a positive company culture

  • Proficient in developing training materials as well as strong group facilitation experience

  • Proven track record and ability to influence and partner with leaders to successfully drive organization and business initiatives
