The Senior Manager, Direct to Consumer leads our Direct to Consumer team at T-Mobile. D2C is essential to our market strategy – introducing communities by directly engaging with potential customers through D2C efforts, sponsoring & attending events and thought leadership opportunities. The Senior Manager strategically plans and leads the execution of the D2C mission – building & developing a motivated, engaged, and fully capable team committed to building relationships throughout communities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Field Sales & Operations Leadership ⦁ Recruits, trains, and engages a high-performing D2C sales team to deliver on T-Mobile’s objectives ⦁ Supports team members and third party vendors through ongoing coaching that enhances their performance ⦁ Develops & implements strategies that achieve sales targets and grow T-Mobile market share ⦁ Analyzes market trends and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities ⦁ Manages to sales budget – allocating resources to maximize ROI & adjust where needed ⦁ Collaborates closely with all local sales channels to align sales initiatives with overall business goals ⦁ Facilitates ongoing training to upskill & keep the team informed on new products & trends ⦁ Performs other duties as assigned, including departmental & cross-functional projects
  • Customer Experience & Retention Strategies ⦁ Ensure an exceptional customer experience by implementing best-in-class sales models with 3rd party vendors and work with T-Mobile Care teams to leverage digital assets for service and sales opportunities ⦁ Cultivates strong relationships with customers & their communities – delivers proactive communication in the markets and promptly responds ⦁ Oversee sales initiatives that focus on long-term customer value and loyalty designed to increase Broadband sales in the designated target areas ⦁ Work cross-functionally to address pain points in key sales processes and post-sale support to enhance customer experience & retention
  • Performance Management & Reporting ⦁ Hold third-party vendors to the highest possible standards laid out in their contract to ensure market growth is balanced with exceptional customer experience ⦁ Sets performance goals for the team; monitors and coaches to goals continuously ⦁ Prepares regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback ⦁ Analyzes multiple data sources to drive decision-making & improve sales strategy

  • Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree: Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or similar areas of focus (Preferred)
  • Work Experience:
  • 4-7 years Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth with preferred experience in recurring revenue businesses that operate in multi-channels and where customer experience is highly valued. (Required)
  • 2-4 years Direct & indirect management experience. (Preferred)

  • Strategic Sales Growth & Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute sales plans, while adhering to company policies. (Required)
  • Communication: Articulate verbal & written communicator capable of inspiring the targeted audience. (Required)

  • Data Analytics: Adept at leveraging various data points to drive impactful business decision making. (Preferred)
  • Program Management: Capable of developing and implementing new programs. (Preferred)

    Base Pay Range: $82,275 - $148,350
