Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the creation of advanced operational and strategic reports to guide managerial decision-making
  • Leading the development and refinement of reporting tools for enhanced business analysis and insights
  • Taking responsibility, as needed, for comprehensive audits to ensure data accuracy and support continuous improvement in data management
  • Guiding the analysis of operational data to uncover trends and recommend improvements for business optimization
  • Facilitating the integration of budgetary and performance data to inform financial planning and strategic adjustments
  • Mentoring team members in analytical techniques to foster a culture of data-driven decision support
  • Championing feedback mechanisms on system performance, advocating for technological advancements to meet evolving business needs
  • Steering the consolidation of data sources to fortify the analytical framework for key business decisions
  • Developing objectives based on management data analysis to enhance business decisions and operational performance
  • Focusing on streamlining business processes to resonate with the strategic direction of the function
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $127,775.58 - $191,663.37

Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
