The Sr. HCM Consultant will manage multiple workstreams, guide clients on Oracle HCM Cloud usability, and validate configurations while improving implementation methodologies.
Sr. HCM Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Dedication to growing module knowledge and delivering new solutions
- Develop strong rapport and gain trust of client base
- Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud
- Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud projects
Sr. HCM Consultant Job Requirements:
- Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go-live
- Impeccable communication and follow-up
- Strong functional knowledge of the system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Visio, Excel
- Able to engage in HCM best practices and storytelling
- Breadth and depth of product knowledge across the full spectrum of the HCM Suite
Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City.
