  • Build the USG strategic narrative. Develop executive presentations, value propositions, white papers, and position papers that strengthen Vantor's standing with agency leadership, the Department of War, and Congress, including analysis that sizes the commercial remote sensing requirement and makes the case for commercial funding.
  • Run the USG operating cadence. Own the calendar and facilitation of the GM-level forums (account strategy reviews, whale pipeline updates, and program deep dives) so leadership has a clear, current view of the largest opportunities and the decisions they need.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Operations on the annual operating plan, quota and account model refresh, and sales compensation design so incentives line up with the growth strategy.
  • Run market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform pursuit strategy, product roadmap priorities, and company direction, and bring customer requirements back to Product and Engineering with the business case to act on them.
  • Build Vantor's USG ecosystem of senior advisors and partners. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with strategic advisors and teaming partners, and keep them aligned to growth priorities and equipped to support customer success.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the USG leadership team, influencing strategic decisions, driving alignment across Sales, Product, Finance, and Contracts, and helping shape the future direction of Vantor's USG business.
