About This Role:
We’re looking for a full-time Senior Director of Services Products to join our Services team reporting to the SVP, Professional Services & Onboarding. This role is a remote role based in the United States.
In this role, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Gainsight’s post-sales growth by leading the development and execution of innovative Services and Support products that generate scalable, recurring revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Pre-Sales & Professional Services Sales, Finance, and Product Management. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in revenue strategy, post-sales product innovation, and operational leadership, leveraging AI, automation, and customer insights to optimize experiences, improve margins, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive postsales product and revenue strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals and objectives, focusing on driving revenue growth through innovative services and support packages.
Service Development: Create and enhance a suite of postsales offerings, including Education, Onboarding, Support, and Consulting Services, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer outcomes and set Gainsight apart from competitors.
Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for recurring revenue product creation, driving a growth engine that not only increases customer satisfaction but also enhances longterm company profitability.
Technology Integration: Embrace and leverage emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, to improve operational efficiency and optimize service delivery, leading to enhanced customer outcomes and reduced costs.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing global postsales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and support the overall customer journey.
Performance Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of postsales initiatives, making data-driven decisions and adjustments as necessary to meet targets.
Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or Bachelors Degree or 13-15 years of related experience with 9-10 years management experience
Proven experience (9+ years) in a leadership role within postsales management, professional services, or customer support, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
Strong consulting background with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective service solutions.
Deep understanding of customer success principles and experience developing and executing postsales strategies that drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with AI, automation, and other emerging technologies, with a track record of successfully implementing these technologies to enhance service delivery.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop a diverse global team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Our Compensation and Benefits: At Gainsight, we believe great work happens when teammates feel fully supported.
- The starting base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $198,000 USD annually. This role is also eligible for commission based on performance and participation in Gainsight’s equity program. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package including fully covered medical premiums (employee-only), flexible PTO, 401(k) plan, dental and vision coverage, and remote work options.
