  • Champion enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with best-in-class governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

  • Lead initiatives to leverage spend analytics, supplier programs, and sustainable sourcing practices.

  • Establish strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and onboarding of new vendors.

  • Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations.

  • Build strategic supplier partnerships that drive innovation, resilience, and competitive advantage.

  • Advance ESG and supplier objectives to deliver long-term, mutual value.

  • Oversee the purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

  • Partner with finance to streamline payment approvals, reconciliations, and reporting.

  • Implement travel and expense management tools and policies to ensure compliance and budget control.

  • Drive AP automation strategies and strengthen internal controls to mitigate payment fraud risk, ensuring SOX and global regulatory compliance.

  • Optimize working capital through strategic payment terms, cash flow forecasting, and a global payment governance framework that standardizes processes and improves efficiency across regions.

  • Design and manage corporate travel programs including booking platforms, travel policies, and preferred vendors.

  • Ensure compliance with travel and expense (T&E) policies and maximize travel-related savings.

  • Analyze travel data to optimize costs and identify usage trends.

  • Manage large scale company events (internal and external).

  • Integrate safety, risk management, traveler experience, and sustainability into travel policies, balancing cost efficiency with compliance.

  • Lead and grow a high-performing Procurement and Global Business Services AP team, with a focus on talent development, retention, and succession planning.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to support procurement needs and ensure alignment.

  • Drive change management and process improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • 15 +years of progressive experience in procurement, with 8+ years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience managing accounts payable operations, payment systems, expense reporting, travel programs, and vendor lifecycle.
