The shared platform is the backbone of everything we build. We need a senior product leader who thrives on complex systems, not just shiny features. This is the job for someone who wants to scale a multi-tenant SaaS platform that handles billions in payments while enabling rapid product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Automation: Drive the roadmap for core services like workflow engines, identity and access management, permissions, auditing, and platform reliability.
• Accounting Infrastructure: Own the evolution of our financial capabilities—general ledger integrations, tax logic, reconciliations—and make sure they’re rock-solid across AP, Payments, and Spend.
• Strategy & Execution: Turn company goals into a multi-year platform plan. Balance short-term wins with long-term scalability. Keep vertical product teams aligned without slowing them down.
• Team & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing product team. Champion discovery, experimentation, and outcome-based planning. Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Finance, Compliance, and GTM to deliver results.
• Market Engagement: Represent Ottimate’s platform vision with customers, partners, ERP vendors, and industry analysts. Help extend our integrations and ecosystem.

• 15+ years in product management, with at least 7 leading platform or infrastructure teams in SaaS or Fintech.
• Deep knowledge of workflow orchestration, IAM, provisioning, and multi-tenant security/compliance.
• Experience with accounting or financial operations software and ERP ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics, Workday, etc.).
• A track record of scaling platform services while enabling rapid product development.
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to inspire teams.

• Salary range: $190,000-$205,000 base plus bonus compensation.
