As a Sr. Marketing Director on the Mr. Rooter Corporately Owned Stores team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Setting the overall marketing strategy to profitably grow revenue and market share
  • Leading the creation and execution of integrated marketing plans for corporate owned locations ensuring alignment with relevant customer journeys and marketing funnels to meet acquisition, retention, reactivation, and loyalty goals.
  • Developing and manage location-specific marketing plans and budgets, ensuring weekly tracking and reporting of results to meet KPI’s
  • Selecting and manage high performing vendors in paid media (e.g., SEM, print, out-of-home, social…) and SEO, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Managing local marketing budgets, with a focus on program effectiveness, and end-to-end marketing investment optimization

(Required qualifications)

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, ideally within a franchise service or retail industry, with at least 7 years focused on digital marketing, demonstrating a highly analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements: In office-Denver, Colorado

  • Competitive Pay: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$165,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work, location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
