You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Create test scripts for ETL pipelines to verify source and target data matches in record count and content and metadata checks to verify schemas align
• Schedule /automate test scripts by adding data tests to CI/CD tools using GitHub Actions
• Develop suite of tests for features and releases to monitor speed and memory degradation as a result of changes

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience programming skills in Databricks/Python to automate tests
• 3+ years of experience SQL skills for complex test scripting and data checks
• 3+ years of experience with ETL orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory, Airflow
• 3+ years of experience with standard data pipeline patters and comfortable reading ETL pipelines and determining which test to setup at each stage
• 3+ years of experience testing pipelines, cover for edge cases, investigate issues and logging issues

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
