Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in adoption, change management, training, or consulting delivery
  • A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in adoption, change management, training, or consulting delivery
  • Client-Facing Communication: Strong facilitation, enablement, and client-facing communication skills; comfortable communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Enablement & Training Delivery: Ability to design and deliver hands-on learning, coach-the-coach sessions, and practical prompt/skill guides tailored to each client.
  • Data Storytelling: Comfortable turning adoption data into a clear, compelling story using dashboards, metric packs, and data visualization.
  • Problem-Solving: Thoughtful problem-solving skills, ability to work well in groups, and ability to generate creative solutions to ambiguous problems.
  • Responsible AI & Safety: Working knowledge of practical AI safety practices, risk register upkeep, and Responsible AI principles.
  • Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel; delivery experience with one or more enterprise AI platforms (Microsoft Copilot, Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) required.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $83,000 to $104,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that are not included in the base pay.

Job Summary
Works with clients day to day to make AI adoption real — assessing readiness, building enablement, and helping people change how they work.

 

Job Responsibilities

• AI use-case shaping: Helps surface high-value AI use cases with impact, feasibility, and usage insight; facilitates sessions to map opportunities, define what good looks like, and assign clear owners.

• Planning & delivery: Puts adoption plans into motion, keeping delivery aligned to the client's strategy; builds the adoption roadmap, tracking logs, and the communications and training calendar.

• AI readiness: Runs readiness assessments — mapping stakeholders and personas, capturing how teams work today, and surfacing risks worth watching — and translates findings into clear next steps.

• Enablement & training: Builds and delivers the skilling, enablement, and communications that get people using AI; delivers the learning, runs coach-the-coach sessions, and produces quick-start guides and practical prompt examples.

• Champions network: Runs the champion program day to day — nominations, first 30 days, recognition, and activity tracking.

• Communications & engagement: Produces the communications, content calendar, adoption stories, FAQs, and launch messages, and keeps leaders and users engaged.

• Facilitation & support: Hosts office hours, floor walks, surveys, and sentiment checks, and keeps the knowledge base current.

• Persona, workflow & prompt enablement: Builds task inventories, learns how work flows, and translates it into AI-enabled ways of working; produces prompt and light agent/skill examples, skill ladders, and hands-on guides tailored to each client.

• Value measurement: Builds the dashboards and assembles the regular metric packs that show adoption and depth of use; captures pilot results against baselines and keeps the value picture current with real usage; pulls usage and survey data to measure reach, activation, depth, and how behavior is shifting.

• AI safety & responsible AI: Runs practical safety briefings and drills, helps keep the risk register current, and puts Responsible AI principles into practice across training and communications, following clear escalation paths.

Scale & sustain: Assembles reusable starter kits, checklists, and templates, plus refresher paths teams can return to; works alongside business and IT stakeholders to track progress and show what's working.
