Your work will help ensure customer data remains accurate, trusted, and ready for reporting, analytics, and operational use cases.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, Data Governance Analyst, or similar roles.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience working with cloud data warehouses, ideally Snowflake
  • Experience working with customer, account, CRM, or other complex relational datasets
  • Ability to document and analyze data flows across multiple systems and platforms
  • Experience creating and maintaining data dictionaries, business glossaries, data lineage documentation, and source-to-target mappings
  • Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and data stewardship practices
  • Experience validating data integrations, data transformations, and business rule implementation
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and their underlying data structures
  • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts including entity relationships, primary and foreign keys, normalization, and dimensional modeling
  • Exposure to ETL, ELT, reverse ETL, or customer data activation tools
  • Experience supporting analytics, reporting, or business intelligence initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the design, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise customer and account data models within Snowflake
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into logical data model enhancements
  • Document customer data entities, relationships, hierarchies, identifiers, and business definitions
  • Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage documentation, and integration diagrams
  • Analyze and document data movement between CRM, marketing, analytics, enrichment, and operational systems
  • Collaborate with data engineers to define, validate, and monitor data contracts and integration requirements
  • Perform data validation activities, including reconciliation, quality checks, referential integrity testing, and completeness reviews
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards, governance processes, and data stewardship practices
  • Develop and maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and standardized field definitions
  • Coordinate investigation and resolution of customer data quality, consistency, and completeness issues
  • Support analytics and reporting teams by ensuring customer data assets meet business and operational needs
  • Promote data standards, naming conventions, and governance best practices across teams
