You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and leverage data, market insights, and AI-enabled tools to drive smarter decisions and measurable results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop category strategies, supplier segmentation frameworks, and measurable performance targets
- Identify savings and revenue opportunities; drive cost, efficiency, and scorecard improvements
- Lead sourcing events, RFQs, and contract negotiations including renewals and pricing optimization
- Share market intelligence and pricing trends using should-cost models and benchmarking
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve procurement decisions, contract insights, and process efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in construction or tool install category management
- Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Expertise in material cost structures and cost analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in indirect category management within the semiconductor industry
- Familiarity with procurement tools such as Ariba, SAP, and SCOUT
- Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies in complex environments
- Experience leveraging AI or data-driven tools in procurement processes
- Track record of driving supplier performance and cost optimization initiatives
