Process Mapping & Optimization:
Partner with operations, logistics, and compliance teams to document, evaluate, and improve key workflows—from chain-of-custody tracking to ERP system usage.
Identify opportunities for automation and digitization across the asset disposition cycle.
Cross-Functional Project Support:
Lead or support strategic projects, such as new service lines, ERP enhancements, or facility expansions.
Act as a bridge between technical teams (IT, data, systems) and business stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and successful implementation.
Data-Driven Insights & Reporting:
Convey business complexities with reporting that effectively presents compelling data.
Work with cross-functional teams to forecast performance and trends as a result of strategic change.
Support the building and reconciliation of data findings to ensure validity and clarity.
Ad Hoc Problem Solving:
Jump into emerging priorities, whether that’s analyzing resale markets, helping optimize the customer portal, supporting operations toward steady state through significant change, or crafting ROI models for expanding, evolving capabilities.
Qualifications:
10+ years of expert business analysis, strategy consulting, operations—preferably within logistics, asset management, or IT services.
Proven track record of applying structured process frameworks to streamline operations, optimize spend, and drive measurable improvements.
Effective working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities with autonomy.
Expert-level knowledge of process improvement methodologies; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with ITAD workflows, sustainability practices;
Strong analytical skills; comfort working with, reconciling/validating large, complex datasets from multiple sources
Excellent communicator with an ability to translate technical needs into business language—and vice versa.
