About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and strategic Sr. Brand & Creative Operations Manager to join our dynamic Brand & Creative team, which is responsible for the development of all marketing creative assets across the organization, as well as the creation of upper funnel brand campaigns. You will provide operating mechanic leadership for the Brand & Creative org, with a specific focus on streamlining operations, increasing efficiencies, managing the Brand & Creative budget, onboarding contractors and vendors, and building processes and new ways-of-working in order to improve Brand & Creative output. The role demands great strategic thinking, flawless execution, bold innovation, passion, and optimism. The ideal candidate has experience in leading creative operations in-house at brands, as well as at agencies. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged, strategic, and organized manager, who loves building world-class creative and empowering dynamic creative teams.

What You’ll Do:

Brand & Creative Operating Model Management 

  • Lead the development and implementation of Brand & Creative processes, in close partnership with the Brand Lead, Creative PM org, and the Creative Directors. 

  • Manage the rollout of a centralized project management software for the Creative organization. 

  • Manage org-level project tracking and allocation of Creative resources. 

Budget Management 

  • Lead the development of an efficient budget forecasting and management process, along with tracking of individual campaign budgets.

  • Responsible for daily tracking of invoices, onboarding of vendors, and working with the Marketing Operations and Finance team to balance the Brand & Creative budget. 

Vendor & Contractor Onboarding 

  • Build a portfolio of vendors and contractors to support the Brand & Creative teams

  • Lead the onboarding process for vendors and contractors, utilizing our internal procurement system, Gatekeeper.

Team Culture Enablement 

  • Support Brand & Creative leadership in team and talent development opportunities, morale building events and experiences, and daily team management best practices. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • BS degree in marketing or related degree or the equivalent in years of experience.

  • 8+ years of Creative Operations experience, ideally within a Brand & Creative organization within a direct-to-consumer brand. 

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and creative enablement. 

  • A solid understanding of how creativity can achieve business objectives while still meeting and encouraging brand standards for aesthetic and communication quality.

  • Strong analytical ability and clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

  • Optimism and excitement for your work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact.

  • Proficient in Asana, Google Suite, and Figma. Familiarity with Gatekeeper & Tipalti is a nice-to-have.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$136,000.00 - $216,000.00

New York Office:

$124,000.00 - $198,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$113,000.00 - $180,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$102,000.00 - $162,000.00
