** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Herndon, Virginia or New York, New York areas.**
This role supports business growth by framing complex problems and guiding strategic decisions through analytical insights on market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and value proposition development. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data, build financial models, and deliver executive-level presentations that drive strategic recommendations. The role differentiates itself by identifying trends impacting T-Mobile for Business and its competitive landscape, and supporting the development of business cases and opportunity assessments as part of the Portfolio Strategy team. Success is measured by the clarity and impact of recommendations and the effectiveness of executive communications. The work influences organizational strategy and decision-making, enhancing outcomes for the business and its stakeholders

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture information, analyze data, and extract relevant insights for executive consumption
  • Construct executive-level presentations and present complex findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
  • Support the executive briefing process by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of materials aligned with company objectives
  • Support executive briefing process, ensuring all results are implemented in line with the company’s objectives and timelines
  • Develop financial and decision-making models including market sizing and business case estimates
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree - plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent. Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years - Written communication and presentation skills.  Experience with business writing and building PowerPoint presentations
  • 2-4 years - Strategy and Problem-Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations.
  • 2-4 years - Data Analytics and Financial modeling.  Experience in performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data.
  • 2-4 years - Project management. Experience managing projects independently, engaging collaborators, crafting project plans.
  • 2-4 years - Management consulting, corporate strategy, Finance, investment banking, or other related experience requiring qualitative and quantitative analysis, business writing, and executive presentation skills

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $80,410 - $145,090

National Base Pay Range: $73,100 - $131,900

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results. 

The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
