The Sr Analyst, Business Strategy leverages deep problem-solving and analytical skills to optimally frame complex business problems, present thoughtful recommendations, and guide strategic and operational decisions impacting business growth. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes data, and extracts substantial insights for executive consumption by delivering executive-level presentations, identifying trends impacting T-Mobile and its competitors, and supporting the executive briefing process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, analyze data, and extract meaningful insights for executive consumption.
- Construct executive-level presentations and present complex findings in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Support executive briefing process, ensuring all deliverables are executed in the line with the company’s objectives and timelines.
- Identify company and competitor trends impacting Fraud, Payments, and Credit Strategy and deliver insights to executives across the organization.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Required)
- 2-4 years experience with written communication and presentation skills. Experience with business writing and building PowerPoint presentations (Required)
- 2-4 years experience in strategy and problem solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. (Required)
- 2-4 years experience in Project management. Experience managing projects independently, engaging stakeholders, creating project plans.
- 2-4 years in Management consulting, corporate strategy, Finance, investment banking, or other related experience requiring qualitative and quantitative analysis, business writing, and executive presentation skills (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strategy Ability to frame problems, use strategic frameworks, develop strategies (Required)
- Business Model: Knowledge and understanding of business models, pricing strategies, channel management (Required)
- Project Management: Ability to think a few steps ahead, to lay out thoughtful and achievable project plans in a disciplined manner. Understand how to engage others and what information and data is needed to achieve goals (Required)
- Communication: Ability to synthesize analysis into succinct, executive-ready written, visual, and verbal communications. Ability to articulate rationale and present in front of senior leaders (Required)
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think through complex problems (Required)
- Financial Analysis: Ability to perform qualitative analyses and build other decision-making models such as market sizing and business case estimates (Preferred)
- Wireless and technology industry: Knowledge of the wireless / telecom industry and technology sector (Preferred)

Allentown, PA Compensation Range: $81,300 - $109,900
Frisco, TX Compensation Range: $84,500 - $114,300
Denver, CO Compensation Range: $88,600 - $119,800
Base Pay Range: $73,100 - $131,900Corporate Bonus Target: 10%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
