Who We Are

At Mosaic, we believe humanity is the starting point to every solution.

In a world where technology is moving faster than ever, people are looking for authentic connections they can trust. That's where we come in. We create human-centered experiences that bring brands and consumers together in meaningful ways, transforming audiences into advocates and moments into measurable business results.

We're an outcomes-obsessed experiential agency that helps brands build stronger connections with customers, communities, partners, and employees. From large-scale consumer activations and retail experiences to executive events, conferences, sponsorships, sampling programs, and B2B engagements, experiential marketing is at the core of what we do.

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building client relationships, and knows how to turn great ideas into flawlessly executed programs.

The Senior Account Manager is a strategic leader, trusted advisor, problem solver, and client champion.

You'll be responsible for leading a portfolio of experiential marketing programs from brief through execution, managing client relationships, guiding internal teams, overseeing budgets, and ensuring every deliverable meets Mosaic's standards for creativity, operational excellence, and measurable impact.

Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while maintaining strong relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Client Leadership & Partnership

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and trusted advisor across assigned accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by understanding client business objectives, industry trends, and marketing priorities.
  • Anticipate client needs before they arise and proactively recommend solutions and opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, status updates, and program reviews with confidence and professionalism.
  • Help clients navigate challenges while maintaining positive, productive relationships.

Account & Program Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of experiential programs from kickoff through final reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.
  • Develop program timelines, workbacks, scopes of work, status documents, and project plans.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with creative, strategy, operations, production, staffing, analytics, and finance teams.
  • Identify risks early and develop solutions before they become problems.

Strategic Thinking

  • Translate client business goals into actionable experiential marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to program ideation and development with insights grounded in consumer behavior and business objectives.
  • Help shape integrated programs that connect experiential efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Financial Management

  • Own program budgets, forecasting, reconciliations, and profitability.
  • Develop estimates, scopes, and client proposals.
  • Monitor project financial health and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
  • Partner with leadership to support revenue growth within assigned accounts.

Team Leadership

  • Mentor, coach, and support junior team members, helping them grow both professionally and personally.
  • Foster collaboration across departments and create an environment where great work can thrive.
  • Lead by example through accountability, positivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Support talent development and contribute to Mosaic's culture of continuous learning and improvement.

New Business & Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional agency capabilities.
  • Support proposal development, pitches, and business development initiatives as needed.
  • Actively contribute ideas that help grow both client partnerships and agency success.
Qualifications

What You're Great At

  • Building trust with clients and becoming their go-to partner.
  • Managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with every audience, from executives to event staff.
  • Keeping complex projects organized and moving forward.
  • Navigating ambiguity and finding solutions when challenges arise.
  • Balancing strategic thinking with executional excellence.
  • Maintaining composure and positivity in fast-moving environments.
  • Bringing people together and motivating teams to do their best work.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event marketing, integrated marketing, agency account management, or related fields.
  • Previous agency experience managing cross-functional teams and client relationships.
  • Proven success leading B2B and/or B2C experiential programs.
  • Strong budget management, forecasting, and proposal development experience.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Strategic thinking combined with strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
