Senior Account Manager (Hospitality B2B)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager (AM) to join our B2B Hospitality Sales Team in the Tennessee Valley region. This is a remote, home-office-based role, and we prefer candidates in the Nashville area.

The AM manages a defined territory of hotel ownership groups, management companies, developers, and individual properties. The focus is on new business development, growing existing relationships, protecting LG's installed base, and increasing LG's share across guestroom, public-space, operational, and platform-based hospitality solutions.

The AM is the day-to-day point of contact between end customers, authorized reseller and distribution partners, and internal LG stakeholders. As a consultative solution designer, the AM turns customer priorities into integrated LG solutions. These include hospitality TVs, digital signage, All-in-One LED and DVLED, software and cloud platforms, professional services, financing, commercial laundry, appliances, and other One LG offerings.

The AM works closely with the National (Brand) Team, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Sales Operations, Finance/Pricing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the territory: Drive revenue, expand existing accounts, protect LG's footprint, and win new customers. Emphasize new-build, renovation, conversion, refresh, and replacement opportunities.
  • Plan strategically: Develop and execute territory and account strategies aligned to revenue targets, KPIs, and product priorities.
  • Build pipeline: Identify and engage priority ownership groups, management companies, developers, and competitive displacement opportunities. Use approved market intelligence, partner insights, industry events, and internal reporting tools.
  • Own the customer relationship: Manage a portfolio of ownership and management groups and support large, complex projects with Regional, National, Product, Technical, and Channel colleagues. Coordinate resellers, distributors, integrators, and LG specialists to deliver competitive pricing, accurate solution design, and a consistent, positive customer experience.
  • Build senior relationships: Cultivate relationships with owners, operators, developers, procurement, IT, property leadership, and reseller partners. Position LG as a long-term strategic technology partner.
  • Sell consultatively: Lead customer discovery and develop outcome-based proposals. Tie LG solutions to guest experience, operational efficiency, revenue, modernization, total cost of ownership, and ROI.
  • Sell the full portfolio: Present LG's hospitality portfolio, including commercial TVs, digital signage, DVLED, and public-space solutions. Drive adoption of software and platform offerings such as Pro:Centric, LG Channels, and other recurring-revenue solutions. Build whole-property solutions that extend to commercial laundry, appliances, professional services, installation, warranties, financing, leasing, and other One LG offerings.
  • Manage the sales cycle: Advance opportunities through the full cycle. Keep Salesforce accurate and current, including stage, next steps, competitive position, timing, product mix, reseller involvement, and forecasts.
  • Partner with the channel: Work with resellers and distributors on joint account planning, opportunity reviews, training, marketing programs, and promotions, while retaining ownership of the end-user relationship.
  • Collaborate internally: Work with Product, Marketing, Pricing/Finance, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Customer Service. Align product availability, solution design, pricing, delivery, and execution. Support go-to-market initiatives, launches, and promotions, and share competitive intelligence.
  • Lead reviews and represent LG: Lead quarterly business reviews, pricing discussions, roadmap presentations, and pipeline reviews. Represent LG at customer sites, reseller meetings, and industry events with clear goals for relationships, pipeline, and revenue. Travel as needed regionally and nationally.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hospitality, AV, displays, or technology solutions.
  • Proven record of developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, building senior-level relationships, and meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including ownership and management structures, development and renovation cycles, brand standards, procurement, and project-based sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell integrated hardware, software, services, and financing to multiple stakeholders, including ownership, operations, procurement, finance, IT, and property leadership.
  • Experience selling hospitality TVs, digital signage, DVLED, cloud platforms, or managed services preferred.
  • Strong consultative and technical selling skills, with the ability to turn complex solutions into clear business outcomes and build business cases covering ROI, total cost of ownership, and capital or operating expense considerations.
  • High proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and account planning.
  • Working knowledge of channel sales, reseller and distributor models, pricing processes, and cross-functional deal execution.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to lead through influence, plus curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning across hospitality technology and customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% to customer sites, partner meetings, internal meetings, and industry events.
