The US base salary range for this full-time position is 79,200.00 USD - 99,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. As a Sportsbook Operations Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations that keep our sportsbook running smoothly. We're looking for an analytical thinker with proven experience in CRM and marketing, someone who is a confident team player and eager to help shape the future of our Sportsbook product.
What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Specialist
- Lead and define the strategy for our Sportsbook Content through CRM.
- Execute structured segmentation and A/B testing, and lead analysis of results, to maximize business impact and present results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Create and deploy communications to players through our CRM systems to create an engaging customer experience, ensuring they adhere to channel best practices.
- Collaborate with our Content and Trading teams to ideate and execute market-leading Sportsbook offerings.
- Ensure that site content and events are presented and merchandised as expected.
- Work with internal tools and complete ad hoc reporting needs for the Operations team.
- Work cross-functionally with various groups including but not limited to Customer Experience, Analytics, Promotions, International Market Development and Trading.
What you'll bring
- 3+ years in a customer-facing or marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced or sports-related environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance; familiarity with A/B testing, SQL, or HTML is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to advocate for the customer.
- Willingness to work nontraditional hours on an as needed basis during evenings, weekends, and key sports moments.
- Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar.
- Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
