The bit about us
We’re Hyve, a global events company that does things differently.
Our events deliver game-changing impact for people, businesses and beyond. That might mean winning a major contract, securing transformational investment, getting on the shelves of a giant retailer or hearing from thought leaders who are changing the future.
The purpose of every one of our events is to bring the people who power major industries together – and open a world of potential.
At the same time, we’re using our events as platforms for progress, to drive the conversation across the world’s biggest industries on crucial topics like sustainability, diversity and ethical business.

These moments can change lives. And making those connections motivates us every single day.
But creating those human connections doesn’t just happen at our events. It’s part of everyday life when you work at Hyve. There are all sorts of socials, inclusion workshops and professional development opportunities to get your teeth into. And then there are the benefits. From gym memberships to private medical care, season ticket loans to healthy pensions, we’ve got you covered in all kinds of ways. (We’ll even give you an extra day off on your birthday!)
The bit about you
First of all, whatever your background and whatever your beliefs, there’s a culture of belonging here at Hyve and everyone is welcome. The question isn’t where you are from – it’s where you want to go.
We’re a positive bunch and if you’re a “glass half full” kind of person you’ll fit right in. Our values are brilliant work, fresh thinking, rich connections, and collective buzz. And just to be clear, these aren’t just words we put on the walls and forget about. They pull everyone together and help us all produce work that we’re proud to put our names to. If that resonates with you, great: we’re on the same page.
About the Health Tech Division:
The Health Tech Division is Hyve Group’s home for health innovation. Its brands include HLTH USA, HLTH Europe, ViVE, Behavioral Health Tech and the HLTH Community Platform: events with industry-leading speakers, year-round digital content and mission-driven initiatives that bring the entire health ecosystem together in one marketplace. Join us in transforming the next decade of health together.
About the US Portfolio:
This role covers every event we run in the United States, plus the community that connects them. HLTH USA brings 12,250+ attendees and 950+ sponsors and exhibitors to Las Vegas.
ViVE, co-created with CHIME, gathers 7,000+ health executives and 600+ sponsors. Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) brings together 2,500+ behavioral health leaders and 250+ sponsors. The HLTH Community Platform gives sponsors year-round access to the same audience. Each brand sells to a different buyer, and this is the division’s first dedicated sponsorship marketer for the US portfolio.
Role Overview: The Sponsorship Marketing Manager owns marketing’s contribution to sponsor revenue across our US events, working closely with the HLTH Community Platform and HLTH Europe teams. You’ll build the prospect data, run the campaigns that turn it into qualified leads, get those leads to sales fast and report what marketing contributed to pipeline and closed revenue. You’ll also help sponsors get value once they’ve signed, because a sponsor who sees results will rebook. This is a data job as much as a marketing one. You’ll work in Salesforce and HubSpot every day, and a good share of your week will be in Excel or Google Sheets: building and cleaning target lists, reconciling CRM exports, modeling pipeline and making sure the numbers add up before anyone else sees them. One day you’re matching last year’s ViVE exhibitors against Salesforce to find who hasn’t rebooked. The next you’re writing the sequence that goes to them and building the report that shows what it produced. You’ll report to the Director, USA Events Marketing, and work day to day with the US sponsorship sales, HLTH Community Platform and HLTH Europe teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
SPEX Lead Generation: HLTH USA, ViVE and Behavioral Health Tech
  • Run sponsor and exhibitor (SPEX) lead generation for each US event: data builds, nurture, MQL qualification, sales handoff and reporting, in line with Hyve’s lead management standards.
  •  Own the sponsor-side ideal customer profiles for each event. HLTH USA, ViVE and BHT sell to different buyers, so data builds, segments and messaging differ by event.
  • Build the SPEX marketing calendar for each event around prospectus launches, pricing deadlines, new product launches and floor plan milestones.
  • Deliver rebooking campaigns for current sponsors and exhibitors with the sales team, both onsite and post-event.
  • Run outbound campaigns to competitor-event sponsors, lapsed accounts and cross-event prospects, and re-enrich cold contacts to find new emails, new companies or the next decision maker.
  • Build account intelligence and support account-based plays for priority targets with sales.
Sponsor Data and Reporting
  • Own the quality of sponsor data in Salesforce and HubSpot, including lead source, lifecycle stage and campaign attribution, and fix duplicates and sync errors between the two.
  • Make sure inquiries reach the right team (event sales or the Community Platform), pass correctly into Salesforce and HubSpot, and are tracked for speed to lead.
  • Build and clean target lists in Excel or Google Sheets from past sponsor lists, competitor exhibitor lists and enrichment tools, and load them back into Salesforce.
  • Align with sales on SPEX funnel definitions (inquiry, MQL, SQL, opportunity, closed won) so both teams report the same numbers.
  • Produce the weekly SPEX report for each event, covering leads by source, conversion, speed to lead, pipeline and revenue influenced, and pacing against last year.
  • Run the post-event SPEX analysis (who rebooked, who churned and which channels produced revenue) and feed the findings into the next cycle.
Sales Enablement and Sponsor Success
  • Produce the sales toolkit for each event: prospectus updates, audience reports, case studies, the media kit and sales FAQs.
  • Pull and verify attendee data from Swoogo so audience claims to prospects match the data.
  • Manage sponsor comp codes and help sponsors promote their presence and fill their onsite activities, working directly with sponsors when applicable, such as making sure the right attendees are invited to a sponsored workshop.
  • Collect sponsor results and feedback to build the renewal case.
Campaigns and Budget
  • Plan SPEX campaigns across email, social and paid channels, built around prospectus launches, price deadlines, product launches and rebooking, working with the digital team and agencies to bring them to market.
  • Own the sponsorship pages on each event site, keeping content current and improving conversion through page and form testing, clearer calls to action, and analytics.
  • Monitor performance across channels, including cost per lead and cost per opportunity, and shift budget toward what produces pipeline.
  • Manage SPEX marketing spend and specialist agencies (outbound, enrichment, creative) against budget and scope.
Cross-Brand Coordination: HLTH Community Platform and HLTH Europe
  • Coordinate with the HLTH Community Platform and HLTH Europe marketing managers on shared sponsors and prospects. Many global sponsors buy across webinars, HLTH Europe and HLTH USA, so outreach and messaging should be aligned, not competing.
  • Make sure webinar and platform sponsors who aren’t yet an opportunity for one of our events go into the right event marketing campaign. Work with sales to confirm follow-up happens, and step in with marketing outreach if a sponsor has gone quiet.
  • Know the platform’s year-round sponsorship products (bespoke events such as Entrée dinners and roundtables, webinars, digital programs and thought leadership reports) so you can spot cross-sell opportunities between events and the platform.
  • Share sponsor and prospect data across teams so everyone works from the same view of each account.

The First Twelve Months:
Here’s what we’ll be looking at together at the end of year one.
  • SPEX lead generation runs on a regular rhythm for HLTH USA, ViVE and BHT: data built, nurture live and MQLs handed off within agreed service levels.
  • Salesforce and HubSpot sponsor records are clean, with consistent lead sources and campaign attribution that sales trusts.
  • The weekly SPEX report for each event shows marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue and reconciles with sales.
  • Sponsor rebooking and cross-event conversion improve, and the plays behind them are documented.
  • Event and platform sponsor campaigns are coordinated, so no account is being contacted from competing angles.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in B2B marketing, with at least two in sponsorship, exhibitor or B2B demand generation. Events or media experience is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on Salesforce: building reports and dashboards, working with accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and campaigns, and understanding how campaign attribution works.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, XLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS and COUNTIFS, cleaning and deduplicating large lists, and building a model someone else can follow.
  • Experience with list building and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or Clay. SQL, BigQuery, Looker Studio or Swoogo is a plus.
  • A track record of data builds, nurture, MQL definitions and the handoff to sales, with reporting that shows what it produced in conversion rates, cost per lead and pipeline.
  • Working knowledge of privacy and email rules for marketing data, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM and US state laws such as the CCPA.
  • A clear B2B writer across email, web, LinkedIn and outbound, with experience briefing creative teams, agencies or freelancers and keeping projects on deadline.
  • Interest in healthcare, or experience marketing into a comparable regulated market.
  • Able to travel to HLTH USA, ViVE and BHT, plus occasional team and sales meetings.
Personal Attributes:
  • Commercial first. Thinks in pipeline, revenue and rebooking before opens and clicks.
  • Trusts data, then checks it. Reconciles before reporting and is honest about the numbers, including the ones that are down.
  • Organized and reliable. Delivers on time and to a standard, so sales can plan around their calendar.
  • Tech-curious, with a willingness to adopt AI tools that streamline workflows and drive efficiency. Sponsorship Marketing Manager, Health Tech Division
  • Collaborative and trusted. Builds strong working relationships, communicates clearly and becomes the person sales and partner teams rely on.
  • Calm under pressure. Handles ambiguity well and makes decisions under deadline.

The benefits:
  • The salary band for this position approximately $85,000 based on experience
  • This position will be eligible for a competitive bonus structure
  • Full medical, dental, and vision package to fit your needs
  • Retirement plan with company match (401K)
  • Competitive vacation policy
  • Hybrid work
