Lead strategic recruitment for hard-to-fill instructional roles and CDL bus drivers. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, attend recruitment events, capture ROI/KPIs, validate candidate credentials, support onboarding and pre-boarding, produce recruitment reports and communications, and collaborate with HR partners. Required on-site attendance during peak hiring and blackout periods; bilingual Spanish preferred.

About this job:
We are seeking a mission-driven Talent Acquisition to support strategies to strengthen and expand initiatives to recruit, hire, retain and advance team members.
This specific position will be responsible for strategic recruitment in our highest priority schools and hard-to-fill instructional positions, along with CDL Bus Drivers.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred, along with demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill positions.
This position is an on-site position located at our main office in downtown Denver. Office hours between 7:30-5:00pm. In order for schools to open in the fall, we are looking for someone who will be able to start as soon as possible.

What You'll Do:
- You will be one of three specialists focused on sourcing and developing innovative recruitment strategies, while using ROI and KPI data to tell the story of our impact.
- Lead the development, organization and execution of recruitment strategies for campus, community and diversity recruitment activities for local, state, national and international recruitment initiatives.
- Coordinates and attends recruitment events (job fairs, open houses, conferences, and district sponsored events) and is responsible for ensuring ROI and KPIs is captured and monitored
- Identifies, recruits, sources, cold call passive candidates and cultivates talented candidates across schools and/or a variety of positions.
- Determines salaries by assessing experience and education following established guidelines per DPS and/or bargaining unit.
- Supports with pre boarding activities such as; new hire paperwork and offers letters
- Validates qualifications, credentials, and licenses required of school-based hires; verifies that candidates meet minimum requirements; and confirms that all new hire documentation is completed and received
- Collaborates with Human Resources Partners to monitor and meet client group recruitment objectives
- Compiles and creates data reports and other forms of recruitment and retention statistics; assists in the creation of a variety of state of the art recruitment communications (e.g. banners, advertisements, brochures, web content)
- Develops and nurtures relationships with customers, school principals, community constituents, and partners in Institutions of Higher Education; attends partnership meetings with Institutions of Higher Education, business, community and school partners and serves on school, community and business committees, councils and/or advisory groups
- As a team that provides critical operation support for the district, PTO “blackout periods” and “required attendance” are identified for the team. Upcoming July 27th - August 31st.
- Standard blackout periods and required attendance, including evening and weekend work includes, but is not limited to the following; district wide professional development, special school or celebration events, job fairs, hiring events, peak hiring season

What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's in Business, Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of education
- Three or more years of related recruiting and onboarding experience preferred
- Demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill positions
- Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.
- Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.
