Lead development, implementation, and revision of World Languages and Spanish Language Arts curriculum aligned to Colorado Academic Standards. Lead and design district-level professional learning in secondary humanities, coach teacher leaders, analyze assessment and observation data, support curriculum adoption, model culturally responsive instruction, and collaborate with school and district leaders to improve student outcomes, including supports for multilingual learners.

Lead strategic recruitment for hard-to-fill instructional roles and CDL bus drivers. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, attend recruitment events, capture ROI/KPIs, validate candidate credentials, support onboarding and pre-boarding, produce recruitment reports and communications, and collaborate with HR partners. Required on-site attendance during peak hiring and blackout periods; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Provide school-based support to improve elementary math outcomes by facilitating walkthroughs, coaching teachers and leaders, analyzing data, supporting curriculum adoption, and designing culturally responsive professional learning.

Lead development and maintenance of a positive, inclusive school culture by supervising event coordinators and security, coordinating interventions, analyzing behavior and attendance data, facilitating staff professional development, and partnering with families and community to support student success and equity.

Provide district-wide leadership for special education programs (ages 3–21), ensuring legal compliance, equitable evidence-based practices, staff recruitment and development, budget and operations oversight, family and community collaboration, and continuous improvement to support student outcomes.

Support district-wide implementation of college readiness systems through culturally responsive resources: co-plan and co-facilitate professional learning, collect and analyze data, manage communications about concurrent enrollment and assessments, collaborate with school leaders and partners, monitor rigorous course equity, and represent the team on regional/state initiatives.

Support the Video Production instructor with hands-on assistance in classes and labs, manage and inventory production equipment and studio spaces, help create promotional videos and social media content, assist with program development, curriculum and Work Based Learning initiatives, uphold classroom policies, and perform other program support duties to promote student success.

Provide first-line tier 1/2 technical support and instruction to school staff; maintain school technology inventory; build device configurations; develop and coordinate school technology plans; work collaboratively across district and school leaders to support technology needs.

Provide school-based nursing care including first aid, immunizations, screenings, health records and referrals; promote student wellness; may supervise health paraprofessionals; assigned across district on part-time hourly basis.

Manage scheduling and community use for assigned schools, handle permits, contracts, insurance, billing and refunds, track payments and overtime, mediate scheduling disputes, train staff on calendaring systems, support First Call Center backup, monitor budgets, and coordinate key distribution for fields and courts.

Supervise day-to-day operations of extended learning programs, manage and train site staff, ensure program quality and regulatory compliance, oversee registration and attendance, coordinate with schools and partners, handle payroll/timekeeping, and support program growth and family communication.

Provide instructional and personal care support to students with disabilities in school, home, and community settings. Assist with IEP implementation, daily living tasks (including trained invasive medical procedures), behavior de-escalation and restraint (after required training), material preparation, student lifting/transport with proper equipment, and communication with teachers and families.

Provide supervision and enrichment for students before and after school, implement curriculum and activities, maintain logs and safety, follow district and state childcare policies, attend trainings, communicate with staff and parents, and substitute at program sites as needed.

Installs, repairs, rebuilds, and services mechanical and electrical locking devices and door hardware. Cuts and duplicates keys, re-keys and programs fleet locks, maintains master key systems, troubleshoots hardware issues, and responds to 24/7 emergency calls. Performs routine maintenance, documents work orders, purchases supplies, and cross-trains in at least one other trade; may assist with snow removal.

Lead and manage implementation of school facility and operational change initiatives. Develop and monitor project charters, work plans, budgets, risk/issue mitigation, communications, and resource plans. Coordinate with school leaders, construction services, operations departments and senior leadership to deliver multiple medium-to-large complex projects and oversee multi-million dollar operational budgets.

Supervise and support before- and after-school programs for elementary students: ensure safety, follow licensing and discipline protocols, maintain logs, assist curriculum planning, communicate with parents, attend trainings, and perform facility and housekeeping tasks as assigned.
