Coordinates career and college mentoring programs for secondary students across regional schools. Recruits and case-manages students, matches them with professional mentors, facilitates mentoring sessions and training, coordinates logistics and visits, tracks participation and outcomes, engages families and community partners, and advocates for equitable access to career and college success opportunities.

Provides career-services support for students and graduates by coordinating calls, texts, emails, appointments, employment-status updates, workshops, events, job opportunities, and career resources. The role also collects and enters job-placement data and verifies professional licensure through the Colorado DORA website.

Leads district payroll operations, overseeing regular and off-cycle processing, tax reporting, reconciliations, garnishments, compliance, systems administration, staff development, budgets, controls, and process improvements. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, auditors, vendors, and agencies to resolve complex issues, manage payroll projects, monitor performance, and ensure accurate, timely employee compensation.
