How you Will Make History Here…
You will play a key role in shaping the development of our sales organization by creating and delivering impactful training programs. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness, engagement, and growth of our sales team, helping them succeed in a dynamic and competitive environment.
What You Will Do…
Build relevant and engaging training content tailored to the needs of the sales team
Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually
Foster a positive and developmental experience for sales team members
Maintain KPIs to measure training effectiveness
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a comprehensive training approach
Collaborate with external resources to enhance training delivery
Develop fit-for-purpose curriculum in partnership with the Manager, Sales Training
Identify opportunities for training improvements based on operational changes or industry trends
Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline training processes
Perform other related duties as assigned
Who You Will Work With…
Sales team members across various roles and levels
Manager, Sales Training
Legal and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
External training partners and vendors
Key internal stakeholders across departments
What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)…
2+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Advanced computer and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
Collaborative and team-oriented approach
Ability to travel to headquarters and field locations as needed (up to 60% travel)
It Would Be Great if You Have (Nice to Have)…
Experience in sales and/or sales training
Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods
Leadership and motivational skills
Ability to moderate large groups effectively
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$65,800-$94,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
