We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fleet Sales Manager to join our team. The Senior Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the B2B market, with a focus on fleet business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in automotive B2B sales, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.

Remote - This role is categorized as remote. This means the successful candidate may be based anywhere in France and is not expected to report to a GM worksite unless directed by their manager.

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the fleet business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the fleet industry
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, fleet management companies, and leasing companies
- Coordinate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets in the fleet business
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify areas for growth and improvement in the fleet business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives
- Monitor and report on sales performance, budget, and expenses in the fleet business
- Continuously improve the sales process and provide coaching to the team to enhance their skills and performance in the fleet business
- Reporting to the Head of Sales
- Business travel required 3-4 days per week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of proven experience in B2B sales in the automotive industry, with a focus on fleet business
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the fleet business
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
