You will work with functional leadership to develop capabilities and support the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in a function and to conduct assessment interventions to identify gaps and build and implement training programs.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Create and manage content for existing programs and develop new content for new capabilities
  • Manage the relationship with external partners
  • Implement and deliver a learning agenda to ensure compliance to the training strategy
  • Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities
  • Support human resources in succession planning
  • Manage the reward and recognition program
  • Manage the coaching program
  • Manage the team database and keep it updated
  • Track turnover

What you need to know about this position:
This Change Management Specialist role serves as a key facilitator, helping Mondelēz successfully navigate organizational changes while minimizing disruption and maximizing the value of those changes. Your work is crucial in ensuring the effective implementation of change initiatives and that employees feel supported and empowered throughout the process. Your primary goal is to minimize resistance to change, maximize adoption, and ensure the realization of the expected benefits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Change Impact Assessment: Evaluating the potential effects of planned changes on various stakeholders.
  • Change Management Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to manage the change process.
  • Communication and Engagement: Developing and executing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Training and Development: Designing and delivering training programs to support employees through the change.
  • Change Resistance Management: Identifying and addressing resistance to change to ensure successful adoption.
  • Measurement and Evaluation: Establishing metrics to track the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Working with cross-functional teams and providing leadership to drive change.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in Change Management projects or related fields.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management abilities.
