Ce rôle se concentre principalement sur la gouvernance financière commerciale, en veillant à l'efficacité des contrôles commerciaux, à la gestion du risque de crédit, au respect de la délégation d’autorité (DOA), ainsi qu'à la standardisation des outils et processus financiers à travers l'entreprise.
En outre, ce poste soutient les rythmes opérationnels fondamentaux de la planification et de l'analyse financière (FP&A), tout en contribuant à l'amélioration des processus, à l'analyse de données et aux initiatives de transformation financière alignées sur les priorités de l'entreprise.

The Lead Finance Specialist – FP&A Operations is a finance partner supporting the Transactional and Project and Engineering Solution (P&ES) businesses. The role primarily supports Commercial Finance governance, helping ensure effective commercial controls, credit risk governance, Delegation of Authority (DOA), commercial finance tools, and standard processes across the business.
In addition, the role supports core FP&A operating rhythms, while contributing to process improvements, data analytics, and finance transformation initiatives aligned with business priorities.

What you'll do
Support Commercial Finance Governance
- Support Commercial Finance governance activities across the Transactional and P&ES businesses
- Maintain Commercial Finance tools, standard work, policies, and trainings to ensure consistent execution
- Support DOA, credit risk governance, commercial reporting, and related governance processes
- Partner with Regional ITR Finance to drive compliance, process consistency, and continuous improvements
Support FP&A Operations
- Support core FP&A operating rhythms including monthly close, pacing, forecasts, Budget, Long Range Forecast (LRF), and Long Term Strategy (LTS)
- Prepare financial analysis and reporting to support business performance reviews and decision making
- Partner with FP&A and business teams to deliver timely financial insights and operational support
Support Process Improvement & Transformation
- Support process improvement initiatives across Commercial Finance and FP&A
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reporting tools with PowerBI, Tableau, AMP, and other digital solutions
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and other projects as business priorities evolve
What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Accounting, or a related function
- Fluent in English
