About the RoleThe Manager, Talent Acquisition will provide strategic leadership for our talent acquisition sourcing function by developing comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
This leader will manage a team of sourcing professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance management to ensure operational excellence. They will establish and monitor key sourcing metrics, analyze hiring data, talent mapping and optimize processes to improve efficiency and sourced candidate volume. The role involves building strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs while representing the company's employer brand at recruitment events. The Manager will oversee budget planning and resource allocation for sourcing activities, ensuring cost-effective hiring practices. They will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, while ensuring all hiring practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.About You

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Several years of talent acquisition experience in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of professionals, including work assignment, performance reviews, and mentorship
  • Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements affecting talent acquisition
  • Experience developing data-driven recruitment strategies using talent acquisition metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets and analyzing cost-per-hire metrics
  • Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers, executives, and candidates
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Experience implementing and optimizing applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing diversity recruitment initiatives
  • Experience leading recruitment through organizational change or rapid growth phases
  • Track record of innovative sourcing strategies and passive candidate outreach
  • Experience optimizing candidate experience through improved recruitment workflows
  • Advanced financial acumen with experience forecasting hiring costs across multiple departments
  • Experience training hiring managers on effective selection techniques and interview best practices
  • Knowledge of current talent market trends and competitive recruitment strategies

Compensation:

Pay Range:

$148,280.00 - $203,885.00

Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
