Who We Are:
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, Foxen provides innovative insurance compliance solutions and financial services for the mutual benefit of property owners, managers, and residents in multifamily real estate. Foxen is comprised of technologists and developers, insurance and finance professionals, and property management industry veterans. Foxen earned a spot on Inc.’s 2025 Best Places to Work list - a proud reflection of the culture we’re building as we grow. We’re scaling fast and looking for people who want to be part of something exciting. Meet the team at foxen.com/about-us.
Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and high-impact Solutions Representative to drive the sales and adoption of our pet services products. The right individual for this role will have a proven track record in both direct selling and channel sales environments, and an understanding of taking and selling new products to the market. The primary objective of this role is to position Foxen’s new suite of pet products to our ICP: owner/operators, operators (PMCs) and ownership groups in the multifamily industry. This is a unique sales role, requiring the ability to not only prospect and drive business as an individual, but also support existing territory reps and relationship managers with your expertise in the given product suite.

What You'll Do:
- Own the sales process for all buyer constituent groups in your territory for the pet products suite.
- Familiar with complex deal cycles and can take a consultative selling approach with each client, navigating multiple stakeholders on the prospect side as well as internally.
- Own your pipeline, from top of line funnel filling activities to deal closing. This includes developing and executing prospecting strategies for the pet solutions and partnering with territory reps through deal closing.
- Ensure accurate product representation. Present yourself as an external subject matter expert on our pet solutions, while still being able to speak adequately to our waiver and rent reporting solutions as part of a consultative and platform sale.
- Collaborate with sales enablement, product and marketing on prospect and customer feedback, offering insights on how to better position our products and build for the future.
- Foster collaborative trusted and productive relationships with peer sales representatives as well as Foxen’s customer facing, product and enablement teammates by demonstrating product expertise and partnership in sales cycles.
- Travel within your sales territory and to national/regional conferences as appropriate.
- Perform other selling duties as necessary and assigned.
What You Bring:
- 3-7+ years’ experience of quota-carrying selling and/or quota-carrying client expansion in the Proptech space. Bonus points if some of this time has been spent selling pet or pet related solutions. Less time in industry can be compensated for with experience aligning to Foxen’s consultative and platform sales processes.
- Experience selling new and expanding product suites and bringing them to market.
- Ability to work in a team selling environment, collaborating with others so everyone can work in the areas of their greatest strengths to get deals across the line.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- A collaborative mindset to excel in a cross functional team environment, empowering other teams and departments with front line insight and knowledge from the market.
- Ability to display both a relentless drive for results and success and natural curiosity.
Why Join Foxen:
- Opportunity to shape and lead strategic and structural initiatives at a rapidly growing company in an equally rapidly growing market segment.
- Opportunity to contribute and build a sales culture based in natural curiosity, driven by continuous improvement and focused on delivering excellence to our customers and across our colleagues.
- Participate in a collaborative working environment where both efficiency of production and innovative ideas are encouraged and valued.
- High-growth potential and opportunities for professional advancement.
- Uncapped commission potential.
- Autonomy to make an impact and drive significant business outcomes.
What We Offer:
As a Solutions Representative, you will receive a competitive annual salary, commission opportunities, and a robust benefits package. Our benefits include your choice of three health insurance plans, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, HSA accounts with company match, company paid and voluntary life and AD&D insurance, FSA-Dependent Care Accounts, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and a 401k with 4% company match. This full-time, remote role reporting to the VP of Sales offers significant strategic autonomy and growth potential within the company.
