PartnerAlly is an AI-native risk and compliance platform that helps fintech startups achieve and maintain compliance without the traditional pain. We're rethinking how companies approach SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulatory frameworks—using AI to automate the tedious work so teams can focus on building.
We're pre-seed, founder-mode, and looking for our first hire to help us go from zero to one.
The RoleAs our Founding Solutions Engineer, you'll be the bridge between our product and our customers. This is a hybrid role—part sales, part technical, all ownership. You'll be talking to CISOs and compliance leads at fintech startups, running demos, closing pilots, and helping shape the product based on what you learn in the field.
This isn't a traditional sales role where you're handed a playbook. You'll be building the playbook.
What You'll DoOwn the full sales cycle from outreach to close for early customers
Run product demos and technical deep-dives with compliance teams
Help prospects understand how AI-native compliance actually works
Translate customer feedback into product requirements
Support pilot implementations and ensure customer success
Build our sales motion from scratch—messaging, collateral, process
Experience in B2B SaaS sales, solutions engineering, or customer success
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, etc.) or strong willingness to learn fast
Technical enough to understand our product and speak credibly to security teams
Comfortable with ambiguity and building things from zero
Excellent written and verbal communication
Bias toward action—you figure things out and make things happen
Background in fintech, compliance, or security
Experience at an early-stage startup (seed or Series A)
Existing network in the compliance/GRC space
Competitive equity package (we're pre-funding, so this is an equity-heavy opportunity)
Salary negotiable based on experience and runway
Ground-floor opportunity to shape a company and grow with it
You'd be employee #1. That means real ownership, real impact, and a seat at the table as we build something new. If you've ever wanted to be part of building a company from the earliest days, this is it.
