The Opportunity

What you'll Do

  • The Solution Consultant collaborates with the Public Sector Sales Ecosystem to position Adobe’s solutions for addressing customer business problems.
  • They demonstrate Adobe’s value proposition and match it with partner capabilities.
  • The consultant leads sales opportunities by managing the technical sales process, delivering presentations, aligning solutions with customer needs, conducting discovery, prioritizing requirements, creating demonstrations, running proof-of-concept evaluations, and responding to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Additionally, they collaborate within Adobe to support customer success.
  • The Solution Consulting team is dedicated to providing innovative solutions that support the Public Sector mission.
  • High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the regional team.

What you will need to succeed:

    • 3 - 5 years' prior experience in a pre-sales and/or consulting and/or software development role within Enterprise software, cloud-based, and SaaS solutions.
    • Product Knowledge- Responsible for supporting the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Previous experience with Adobe technologies or enterprise digital marketing solutions preferred.
    • Impactful communications skills such as whiteboarding, presentations, and leading client-facing discovery sessions
    • Solid understanding of client-side and server-side scripting technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
    • Knowledge of, and interest in, the role artificial intelligence is changing the technical landscape.
    • Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
    • Ability to effectively demonstrate integrated digital experience software
    • Previous experience working with Government or Military agencies (preferred)
    • Effectively multitask and collaborate with peers
    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong presentation skills and executive presence.
    • Excellent listening skills with the capability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in hands-on tasks.
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.
    • Organized, capable of managing multiple work streams simultaneously and multi-tasking.
    • Collaborative team player.
    • A curious self-starter who is innovative and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Proficient in storytelling.
    • Ability to travel 30 - 45%, as needed

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
