We are seeking a visionary AI systems Solutions Architect to lead the convergence of composable enterprise platforms, modern full-stack architectures, and cutting-edge agentic workflows. In this role, you will move beyond legacy monolithic software design to architect decentralized, event-driven platforms, API meshes, and intelligent orchestration layers. You will define how complex LLM/agentic backends, real-time healthcare data standards (FHIR R4), and composable SaaS ecosystems interact smoothly. • Architecting Intelligent Platform Foundations: Lead full-stack architecture and technical feasibility for composable, edge-rendered applications—integrating headless CMS platforms, 3rd-party DAMs, and distributed cloud runtimes (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Orchestrating Agentic & API Gateways: Design and deploy high-performance API mesh architectures and streaming orchestration pipelines (SSE/WebSockets) that bridge client-side interfaces with backend microservices, specialized LLM tools, and real-time data streams.
• Building Secure Healthcare Intelligence: Architect robust data pipelines and integration strategies for healthcare data standards (FHIR R4), ensuring zero-trust, HIPAA-compliant security patterns, and resilient identity/authentication mechanisms.
• Optimizing Latency & Distributed Performance: Own backend and edge execution performance—implementing advanced caching, high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), token/payload chunking, and state management for multi-turn AI/data workflows.
• Spec-Driven Engineering & Monorepo Governance: Oversee monorepo structures, spec-driven development, federated services, and automated CI/CD pipelines with rigid guardrails and telemetry.
• Formalizing Architectural Decisions: Support technical audits and lead the Architectural Decision Record (ADR) process—translating complex systemic concepts into clear Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and execution roadmaps for engineering pods.

• Background in architecting complex, data-heavy systems, composable headless setups (e.g., Contentstack, Optimizely, Contentful), and distributed microservices.
• Active familiarity with building or integrating modern AI tooling, vector networks, or LLM orchestration layers to amplify software design and execution quality.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), edge functions, serverless runtimes, GraphQL/REST API orchestration, and vector/relational databases.
• Deep understanding of asynchronous event loops, message queues (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ), stateful routing, and modern frontend hosting environments (Vercel, Next.js, or modern cloud primitives).
• Deep experience with monorepo architectures, spec-driven development, CI/CD automation, and modern branching/release engineering.
• High-agency ability to navigate ambiguous requirements, prototype novel architectural solutions, and communicate complex technical trade-offs to executives and engineers alike.

• Successfully establish a scalable, composable platform blueprint that seamlessly connects enterprise frontends with intelligent backend services.
• Move the organization beyond static API calls toward event-driven, agentic workflow orchestration that optimizes time-to-first-token and response latency.
• Empower engineering teams through crystal-clear ADRs, robust spec-driven monorepo structures, and proactive roadmap handoffs.
• Deliver bulletproof, HIPAA-compliant architectures that maintain performance without compromising security or data integrity.
