We are seeking a Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and thought partnership across one of our client portfolios. This role is one of three key leaders on the portfolio leadership team—alongside the Portfolio Lead and Delivery Lead—collectively accountable for driving growth, profitability, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of 10–12 clients and 30–50 concurrent projects.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Deep technical expertise across AI Engineering, Data Management, and Data Visualization
- A proven track record partnering in business development efforts to win new clients and expand existing relationships
- Extensive consulting experience leading technical teams to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions for clients
This is an individual contributor, Director level role that reports to the COO.
Key responsibilities include:
Technical Leadership & Architecture- Define end-to-end technical approaches for data, analytics, application development, and AI solutions.
- Stay current on emerging technologies and architectures across modern data platform including:
- AI Tools: Sigma, Vercel, Cursor and Claude
- Data Management and Engineering: Databricks, Fivetran, Snowflake, Fabric
- Data Visualization: Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau
- Data Analytics: Google Analytics, Alteryx, Copilot Studio
Delivery Excellence
- Own and validate technical estimates and solution sizing for new and active projects.
- Engage in complex delivery challenges, providing hands-on problem-solving to keep high-visibility projects on track.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Leads in client pitches and strategic opportunity assessments, articulating the technical vision and approach.
- Surface technical insights and innovation opportunities to inform account growth and new offerings.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with client technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and data/AI solutions.
- Be the technical SME for the vertical.
- Act as a bridge between client technology teams, internal practices, and delivery teams.
- Contribute to internal enablement by sharing best practices and patterns that advance the company’s technical capabilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, and application development, with recent AI engineering experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex delivery programs in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Strong background in solution architecture and consulting.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience driving business growth and operational improvements.
- Strong programming and development expertise in designing, building, deploying, testing, maintaining, and monitoring a diverse set of technical solutions.
- Knowledge of batch and streaming data processing techniques.
- Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, Sigma and/or Anthropic preferred.
The anticipated annual base salary is $180K-$220K. Final pay rate will be determined based on experience, qualifications and geographic location
