We are seeking a senior Solutions Advisory Lead to drive strategic growth, client value realization, and solution innovation within Cprime’s Intelligent Work Transformation (WX) practice. This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them modernize operating models and transform ways of working through the alignment of people, processes, and technology. 

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, and solution development, leading strategic pursuits, shaping differentiated offerings, and enabling go-to-market success. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in operating model transformation, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to translate complex organizational challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.   

You will play a critical role in expanding Cprime’s market presence, developing executive-level client relationships, and building a high-performing advisory team focused on the future of work. 

About the Practice:

    Cprime’s Intelligent Work Transformation practice helps organizations reimagine how work gets done in the age of AI. We partner with enterprise clients to drive operating model transformation and enable more adaptive, product-led, and AI-powered organizations.

  • Operating Model Transformation (project-to-product, scaled agile) 
  • Workforce Transformation & Organizational Change

What you'll do:

  • Strategic & Practice Leadership: 
  • Define and execute the growth strategy for the WX Solutions Advisory function 
  • Align solution offerings with market trends, client priorities, and emerging ways of working 
  • Drive innovation across transformation frameworks, delivery models, and AI-enabled solutions 
  • Partner with practice and GTM leaders to scale differentiated, outcome-based offerings 
  • Business Development & Sales Leadership: 
  • Lead strategic pursuits and new logo acquisition efforts 
  • Drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts 
  • Develop compelling, outcome-focused value propositions and executive presentations 
  • Identify opportunities within existing and new clients using industry insight, transformation challenges, and market shifts 
  • Client Advisor & Value Realization: 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (VP/CXO level) 
  • Guide clients through operating model, workforce, and ways-of-working transformations 
  • Translate business challenges into actionable transformation strategies and roadmaps 
  • Ensure adoption, scalability, and measurable business outcomes across engagements 
  • Solution Development & Innovation: 
  • Lead the design and evolution of WX offerings across operating model transformation, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled workflows 
  • Build scalable, repeatable solutions aligned to modern collaboration and product management platforms (e.g., Atlassian ecosystem) 
  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and excellence 
  • Drive seamless sales-to-delivery handovers, partnering closely with the delivery organization on the project's strategic elements and setting the trajectory for successful outcomes.
  • Maintain a 50% billable utilization target while balancing practice leadership and delivery oversight responsibilities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery to execute go-to-market strategies 
  • Align with platform, AI, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive and differentiated offerings 
  • Support enablement initiatives to strengthen field readiness and positioning 
  • People Leadership & Culture: 
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning 
  • Recruit and retain top consulting talent within the WX domain 
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee development 
  • Thought Leadership &Market Presence: 
  • Represent Cprime at industry events, conferences, and client forums 
  • Publish thought leadership on operating model transformation, AI-driven work, and organizational agility 
  • Elevate Cprime’s brand as a leader in intelligent work transformation 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 10–15+ years of experience in technology and/or business consulting, with strong focus on operating model transformation, workforce transformation, or digital transformation 
  • Proven track record of practice building, solution development, and revenue growth 
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation initiatives 
  • Strong business development experience, including leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles 
  • Deep expertise in agile methodologies, product operating models, and organizational change management 
  • Experience with Atlassian ecosystem strongly preferred 
  • Familiarity with AI-driven transformation and intelligent workflow solutions is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders 
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed, high-performing teams 
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills
