What you will do 

As a Solution Consultant you will partner with sales and customers across the sales process to align our product with customer goals and demonstrate product value through targeted solutioning. 

You will become an expert on both our core product and our expanding AI capabilities, developing persona-driven messaging and GTM strategies alongside delivering customized demos. You will also support sales enablement and broader GTM efforts by developing core materials and incorporating performance insights into messaging and positioning. 

You will work closely with cross-functional GTM teams in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product and funding. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Create and deliver tailored, high-impact demos and presentations that map products – including our AI tools – to specific persona pain points, workflows, and business outcomes 
  • Partner with sales teams to identify and prioritize target accounts, map buying groups, and refine stakeholder strategies for new and existing products 
  • Build and maintain core GTM assets (pitch decks, demo flows, battlecards/competitor intelligence) to ensure consistent product positioning aligned with company strategy 
  • Analyze GTM performance (consistency of product messaging, win/loss trends, engagement) to derive strategic insights and drive targeted improvements  
  • Enable sales through product training and hands-on deal support, reinforcing best practices in messaging, persona targeting, and overall deal strategy

  • Can understand and communicate complex ideas: you should be tech-savvy as you’ll be expected to understand nuanced aspects of the product and be able to communicate complex ideas in a straightforward way  
  • Learn quickly and apply an entrepreneurial mindset: you proactively identify opportunities and drive innovative solutions, particularly as we launch new products and feature 
  • Are a business presentation expert: you have a proven ability to create engaging, consulting-grade business presentations that tell a compelling story 
  • Have strong client-facing skills and think commercially: you should be comfortable at presenting in front of audiences and skilled at incorporating a value perspective 
  • Are outcome oriented: we strive for the best results, and we value outcomes. Expect no arbitrary due dates, unproductive meetings, or inefficient layers of management that will impede you from producing great work    
  • Experience working with global teams 

Your profile 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, or have strong product background. We're looking for someone who can understand a product in detail, present it to customers, and think strategically about commercialization 
  • Bachelors degree in relevant field of study, MBA from is a plus  
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint, including ability to create highly polished, structured, and visually engaging presentations 
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences  
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and stakeholders, including leading calls and presentations to large audiences is valued
  • Hybrid: Onsite Denver office 3 days per week (Tues – Thurs) 
  • Travel: 2x year Berlin, Germany

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of 115-150k OTE USD per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any think-cell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. think-cell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
