Who You Are

As a Claravine Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and building innovative technology solutions which exceed our customer's business requirements and strategic goals. 

You are excellent at mediating a variety of client teams, understanding their different perspectives, and designing a best-in-class implementation that ultimately delights our customers.

You are effective at communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are a listener and a teacher, comfortable explaining how the capabilities of The Data Standards Cloud can solve their specific needs and alleviate pain points. 

You will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, from C-suite to functional team leaders, to individual contributors, to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and powerful solutions.

As the voice of the customer, you will advocate for new features and initiatives, working cross-functionally to influence our product roadmap for the benefit of our clients.

 

What You’ll Do

  •  Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-implementation.
  •  Design and propose technical solutions that meet customer needs and align with product capabilities.
  •  Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  •  Lead technical workshops and presentations for customers.
  •  Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and implementation plans.
  • Serve as the technical bridge between customers and our engineering teams.
  •  Lead complex product deployments and integrations.
  • Identify potential technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by surfacing insights and advocating for product improvements that drive client value.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Strong expertise in one or more ad tech or digital media domains such as Google, Meta, Trade Desk
  • Deep knowledge of metadata and data classification principles and their business benefits.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms and advertising ecosystems including tools such as Google Campaign Manager, Adobe Experience Manager, or equivalent.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activities such as technical discovery, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

What We Offer

Compensation

Annual base salary is anticipated to be between $100,000.00 and $115,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive, commission, equity, and/or annual bonus pay based on individual and company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions and demands.
