TigerConnect is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to serve as the technical leader within our Enterprise sales organization. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across large health systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).

You will translate clinical workflows and IT requirements into scalable, tailored platform solutions—owning the technical sales process from discovery through contract signature. This role requires deep healthcare interoperability expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

Pre-Sales Leadership

  • Lead technical discovery sessions with IT, Clinical Informatics, and Security stakeholders to identify integration requirements, compliance considerations, and workflow challenges

  • Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and frontline clinical users

  • Architect integration strategies across healthcare systems including EHRs, PACS, nurse call, and other clinical technologies (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, APIs)

Deal Strategy & Execution

  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies for enterprise opportunities

  • Serve as the primary technical authority throughout the sales cycle, building trust with CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders

  • Own and lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear differentiation

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Deliver structured handoffs to Implementation teams, including detailed technical scoping and architecture documentation

  • Provide field-driven insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and innovation

  • Maintain deep knowledge of competitive solutions, market trends, and industry positioning

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (e.g., Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant) within healthcare IT

  • Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards and integrations (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, interface engines, EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech)

  • Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles, including multi-million-dollar deals and complex stakeholder environments

  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making

  • Proven experience leading technical RFP/RFI responses in competitive procurement processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with clinical communication, secure messaging, or care coordination platforms

  • Background in HIE, ACO, or population health technologies

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)

  • Experience working in high-growth SaaS or private equity-backed healthcare technology environments

  • Exposure to mentoring or guiding junior team members (formally or informally)

Perks & Benefits We Offer:

  • Enjoy remote flexibility with teams across the US and globally - plus prime office space in El Segundo, California

  • Excellent Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family plus a 401k match

  • Focus on your well-being through our wellness reimbursement program and company-wide wellness days (extra days off to rest and recharge)

  • Our flexible time off lets you work hard and play hard—on your schedule

  • Join a mission-driven team committed to making a real impact in the world of healthcare
