Software Engineering Activities
- Java or Python programming
- Implementing software for ingesting geospatial data into RDBMS
- Preparing briefings and architecture design diagrams
- Assisting in software development projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Writing, testing, and debugging code.
- Participating in code reviews to learn best practices.
- Researching and implementing new technologies or tools.
- Documenting code and processes for future reference.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship required
- Major in computer science, engineering, MIS, or information technology
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Thorough understanding of internet research
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
