Oversee a multi-discipline team, plan and execute LVC events, integrate third-party tools, ensure HLA/DIS standards and FOM/SOM compliance, enable C2 and HIL interfaces, deploy containerized cloud units, develop MBSE/MS&A models, drive digital engineering/AI direction, and provide pre/post-event support and after-action assessment.

The Software Engineer will develop and integrate STK-based applications for mission analysis using Python, support various interfaces, and maintain tools. Responsibilities include software development, documentation, and providing actionable insights from simulations.

Researches, designs, develops, deploys, integrates, evaluates, and tests AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for mission-focused applications. Builds LLM-based systems using retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, cloud services, and AI/ML frameworks. Participates in the full software engineering lifecycle, collaborates with distributed Agile teams, and communicates technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in full SDLC building and integrating software for DoD customers. Develop C++/Python systems, curate synthetic geospatial raster data, apply TDD, operate in DevSecOps pipelines, and use containerization and CI/CD for deployment and testing.
