Develops high-fidelity AFSIM scenarios and platform models supporting aerospace defense planning, CONPLANs, tabletop exercises, wargames, and experimentation. Builds representations of space, air, land, and maritime systems; implements behavior models and Monte Carlo methods; develops software interfaces; manages reusable scenario objects; runs simulations; and delivers analysis outputs, reports, briefings, and user documentation to government stakeholders.

Leads modeling, simulation, and analysis engineering for missile, space, IAMD, and advanced weapon-system programs. Defines technical strategy, architectures, roadmaps, workflows, and analytical priorities; leads multidisciplinary teams; develops integrated mission and system models; performs trade studies, optimization, Monte Carlo analysis, and mission effectiveness assessments; and presents conclusions to Government and program leadership. Oversees model verification, digital engineering environments, APIs, adapters, and containerized deployments across cloud and on-premises systems.

Design, integrate, and support modeling & simulation ecosystems for DoD programs. Develop adapters, enable DevSecOps/CI-CD pipelines, support LVC orchestration and visualization, ensure requirements traceability, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver automated digital-thread solutions.
