As we scale our website, PWA, and native‑feeling apps, we need a hands‑on technologist who can build the features our customers want today and lay the foundation for tomorrow’s innovations.
What You’ll DoBuild & maintain our digital front ends:
Develop responsive, interactive web experiences (React, Vue, or Angular) and Progressive Web Apps.
Extend into React Native or Flutter for “app‑store” installs.
Design & integrate APIs:
Architect, document, and secure RESTful or GraphQL services (Node.js/Python).
Connect with third‑party platforms (payment gateways, CRMs, SMS/voice providers).
Stand up AI‑powered bots:
Build and maintain conversational chat and voice bots (Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework).
Implement tier‑1 support automation and seamless escalation to live reps via Twilio/other telephony.
Targeted messaging & ad‑tech:
Integrate with ad‑generator APIs (Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Marketing API, or custom DSPs).
Segment users and send personalized push notifications (FCM, APNs, web‑push) and in‑app messages.
Measure & iterate:
Instrument analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and run A/B tests.
Monitor performance, optimize load times (service workers, code‑splitting, WebP images), and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Proven Experience (2–5 years):
Hands‑on building full‑stack applications, designing and integrating APIs, and/or implementing marketing‑tech workflows.
Technical Skills:
Front‑end: JavaScript/TypeScript with React (or Vue/Angular), CSS Grid/Flexbox, responsive design.
Backend/API: Node.js (Express/Koa) or Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), OAuth/JWT, database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Conversational AI: Intent/entity modeling, dialog flow design, voice integrations (Twilio, Amazon Connect).
Ad‑tech & Automation: Calling marketing APIs, user segmentation, push/in‑app messaging.
DevOps Basics: Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 deployments.
Soft Skills:
Clear communicator, customer‑centric mindset, comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Legal Requirement:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Familiarity with large‑language models (OpenAI, Anthropic).
Exposure to MVNO/MVNE telecom ecosystems.
Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n).
