Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Software Developer passionate about using technology to transform home management. In this role, you will develop and maintain the dynamic web applications our members and team rely on every day, integrate the third-party systems and APIs our operations run on, and contribute to AI-driven enhancements that simplify and enrich our members' and team member's experience. You'll need to be highly self-sufficient — comfortable digging into an unfamiliar system, tracing a problem to its root cause, and figuring things out without being handed the answer. You'll also work within a tight knit team committed to your growth.  This role reports to our Lead AI Engineer and Head of Digital Product

  • Hybrid arrangement – primarily remote with some days in-office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, launch and deploy key features that enhance member & team experience everyday
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable web applications, including front-end and back-end components.
  • Integrate and enhance the systems, databases, workflows, and APIs that support operational excellence.
  • Own what you ship — investigate issues in live systems, dig into code and data you didn't write, and see problems through to resolution.
  • Automate processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workload so we can scale profitably
  • Contribute to the implementation and deployment of AI-driven features that optimize user experience and streamline internal processes.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, tackling challenges head-on and developing innovative solutions that drive impactful business outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Javascript, 2 years of Python, 1 year of HTML/CSS front end experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Highly self-directed — able to take an ambiguous problem, investigate it independently, and drive it to a solution.
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
